Mark, Kirsten and Alan were so welcoming and really took the time to get to know the ring's story and how I wanted to wear it.  They offered brilliant, creative advice throughout the design process and I never felt rushed into making a decision. They always went the extra mile - even creating models of the design choices in silver to show me my options before I committed to the final design.
